With 18 years at Merrick Financial Group, Donna Meere serves as Operations Manager, overseeing the operational structure that supports the firm’s commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. She blends strategic oversight with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach—skills refined through years of industry experience, staff development, and process management.
Before joining MFG, Donna spent more than 13 years in managerial roles at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Inc., where she supported Institutional Equity Traders and led critical back-office functions. Her background in fast-paced financial environments strengthened her expertise in operations, workflow optimization, and organizational leadership.
At Merrick Financial Group, Donna is responsible for managing the firm’s daily operations and ensuring that all processes run efficiently and cohesively. Known for her warm demeanor, attention to detail, and team-first mindset, Donna believes that exceptional client service begins with strong internal coordination and a well-designed operational foundation.
Donna earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, taking long walks, and discovering new places along the way.
