Eric Harley brings nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to Merrick Financial Group, where he serves as a Financial Planner known for his thoughtful guidance, strategic insight, and commitment to client success. His career includes significant roles at leading institutions such as Citi Wealth Advisors, J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, and Legg Mason, where he served as Director. These positions helped shape his expertise in investment management, financial planning, and client relationship leadership.
Throughout his distinguished career, Eric has been recognized for both his professional achievements and his community impact. He is featured in Marquis Who’s Who and has been honored by the Association of African American Financial Advisors (AAAA) as one of their Top 50 Advisors. The AAAA also presented him with their Excellence in Community Award, underscoring his dedication to service beyond the workplace.
Eric is deeply committed to giving back. He serves on the Board of Merrick Cares for Blue, supporting initiatives that honor and assist law enforcement families. An active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., he was recognized by the organization as “Father of the Year” for his leadership and family-focused values. He is also a dedicated supporter of Autism Speaks and a strong advocate for expanding financial literacy, particularly in underserved communities.
