Michael Scordo, MBA Client Services Associate, Merrick Financial Group
Michael A. Scordo joined Merrick Financial Group in the spring of 2025 as a Client Services Associate. He brings a strong academic foundation and proven leadership experience, shaped by his collegiate career as both a scholar and an athlete.
Michael earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of West Florida, where he was a five-year student-athlete and a key contributor to three championship baseball teams. During his tenure, he achieved all-conference, all-region, and all-academic recognition, demonstrating excellence both on the field and in the classroom.
He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a Pre-Law concentration, graduating Cum Laude. Michael’s background has equipped him with disciplined work habits, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to high performance—all of which he brings to his role at MFG. He is passionate about the intersection of finance and law and contributes that perspective to the firm’s operational and client-service efforts.
